William Blair Wise is a absconded Registered Sex Offender out of Jacksonville, FL.  Information received indicates, this week he arrived in Brooksville, FL by Greyhound bus.  It is believe he may be staying in an area where other homeless people populate.  Wise is wanted for violating Sex Offender Registration and additional arrest warrants are forthcoming.
 

Description: WM, 46 years of age, 6'0", 260 lbs., brown hair and green eyes. 
Tattoos: on both arms of cartoons, Christ, hearts and eagle.
