On 01-08-2012 Stephen Smith removed his electronic monitoring ankle bracelet in the area of Wood Owl Rd. & Nuthatch Rd. in Hernando Co.  He was last seen traveling on foot in the area, but may have obtained a ride. Stephen's whereabouts are unknown at this time.
