On Saturday, 04-04-2015 the unknown individual used a cloned credit card to make a fuel purchase at Circle K located at 14195 Elgin Bv. The individual was driving the pictured truck. The fuel purchased (likely diesel) is believed to be in excess of the trucks factory fuel tank capacity. At the time he obtained the fuel, he appeared to open the large box in the bed of the truck which may possible be an external fuel cell. |
